Anti‑fingerprint Galvalume Steel Coil is produced by hot‑dipping steel substrate with 55%Al‑43.4%Zn‑1.6%Si aluminum‑zinc‑silicon alloy coating, followed by anti‑fingerprint passivation treatment. It combines high‑temperature oxidation resistance of aluminum and sacrificial anti‑corrosion protection of zinc, achieving much longer anti‑corrosion service life than hot‑dip galvanized steel.
The anti‑fingerprint passivation layer avoids fingerprint marks and dark spots caused by manual contact during production and processing, keeping uniform clean matte silver‑grey appearance. It is ideal for applications requiring both superior corrosion resistance and nice surface finish, including electrical cabinets, home appliance parts, photovoltaic supports, ventilation equipment, roof and wall cladding. Custom AZ coating mass, thickness and width are acceptable. Deep‑processing services like leveling, slitting and film laminating are available. Grades DX51D+AZ, DX52D+AZ can be provided.
